You confirm that all payment details provided are valid and correct.

Jothoor Silkties reserves the right to limit the quantities of any product purchased per customer.

2. Product Orders:

All prices include 15% VAT applicable at the time of order. Any change in VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the product prices.

4. Delivery:
Within Saudi Arabia:
- Delivery time is specified during checkout, starting from the date your order is confirmed via email.
- Delivery may be delayed during promotions or high-demand seasons.
- Shipping fees vary by offer and may be free in some cases.
- Deliveries are made from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and official holidays.
- Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by accessing your account and selecting “My Orders” > “Cancel Order.”
If the order has already been shipped, please contact customer service, and the cancellation will be treated as a return request.
Offers and Discount Codes

Wallet Balance
- The wallet balance represents credit available in the customer’s account for future purchases.
- In case of receiving a damaged product, the customer will be compensated with credit equivalent to the damage after contacting customer service.
- Compensation and gift balances have no expiry date, while promotional balances are valid for a limited time as specified in the offer.
- When placing an order, the wallet balance is deducted first, and the remaining amount can be paid using any available payment method.
